Fishcare Victoria Volunteers Spotlight: Landy & Fred Kober
We are thrilled to highlight the incredible contributions of our dedicated volunteers, Landy and Fred Kober, who have been invaluable additions to our team over the past 12 months. Their enthusiasm and commitment have greatly enriched our Fishcare Victoria family, and their knack for photography has beautifully captured the essence of our sessions.
Recently, Landy and Fred participated in fishing sessions at Kerferd Road in Albert Park, which were also generously supported every month by members of the Elwood Angling Club. While the fishing was slow on that particular day, the smiles and positive energy were still abundant, reflecting the camaraderie and joy that our volunteers bring to these events.
At Fishcare Victoria, our volunteers are the backbone of our program. Their passion and dedication ensure that we can continue to offer meaningful and enjoyable fishing experiences to the community. If you have ever considered volunteering and are interested in joining a vibrant and supportive team, we would love to hear from you. Whether you want to chat about how you can get involved or simply come along to observe one of our sessions, we welcome you with open arms.
Volunteering with Fishcare Victoria offers a unique opportunity to contribute to environmental education, promote sustainable fishing practices, and make lasting memories with like-minded individuals. Join us and be part of a community that values the environment, supports each other, and enjoys the simple pleasures of fishing.
