Join Fishcare Victoria as a Facilitator!

Are you passionate about fishing and community work? Fishcare Victoria is excited to announce three new casual facilitator positions in the South West, Geelong and Ballarat regions. This is your chance to promote responsible fishing practices and make a positive impact in your community.

About the Roles:
As a facilitator, you’ll be responsible for:

Recruiting and supporting volunteers
Delivering the Fishcare – Get Hooked on Fishing program
Delivering the “All Ability – Fishing is for everyone” program
Promoting Fishcare through media and community events
These positions are currently for 1 day per week, but we are working hard to increase contact hours!

What We’re Looking For:
Experience with community groups or volunteer management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of fisheries management is a plus
Flexibility to work some weekends
A driver’s license and a Working with Children Check are required
