🎣 Are you passionate about fishing and community work? Fishcare Victoria is excited to announce a part-time facilitator position in the East Gippsland region.
This opportunity comes as our faithful and long-serving East Gippsland Facilitator, Jenny, is retiring, and we’re looking for someone to champion her incredible efforts. The successful candidate will benefit from a handover period, working alongside Jenny and with the support of our team to learn the ropes and ensure a smooth transition.

About the Role:
As a facilitator, you’ll be responsible for:
Recruiting and supporting volunteers
Delivering the Fishcare – Get Hooked on Fishing program
Delivering the “All Ability – Fishing is for everyone” program
Promoting Fishcare through media and community events
This positions is currently for 2 days per week, but we are working hard to increase contact hours!
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with community groups or volunteer management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of fisheries management is a plus
Flexibility to work some weekends
A driver’s license and a Working with Children Check are required
