A Rewarding Day of Fishing at Kerferd Rd Jetty
Despite a false start on Tuesday that led to the cancellation of our Mornington sessions, yesterday proved to be a fantastic day at Kerferd Rd Jetty. Braving the rain, we were rewarded with an amazingly successful day, hosting five fabulous sessions!
An Abundance of Pinky Snapper
Our participants were thrilled to catch a significant number of pinky Snapper, with many measuring over 30cm. These impressive catches were taken home for dinner, making the day even more special.
Exceptional Support from Volunteers
We were fortunate to have the invaluable assistance of members from the Elwood Angling Club, including Graeme, Chris, Mark, and Zac. Additionally, Fishcare Victoria volunteers Gideon, Landy Yolande Kober, and Fred Kober from the South East Angling Toorak Angling Club provided outstanding support throughout the day.
Heartfelt Thanks
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers and participants who made this day a memorable success. Your dedication and enthusiasm are what make our fishing sessions so enjoyable and rewarding.
Looking Forward
Stay tuned for more exciting fishing adventures with Fishcare Victoria. We look forward to seeing you at our next event!
