2017 Fishcare Victoria Annual General Meeting

Fishcare Victoria Inc. will host its Annual General Meeting at 2:00pm on Friday the 4th August 2017 at the Portsea Camp, 3704 Point Nepean Road, Portsea, Victoria. Business to be transacted at the meeting will be as per the agenda and in accordance with the rules of our association.

 QUORUM

Five members personally present, being members entitled to vote, constitute a quorum for the conduct of the business at the meeting.

VOTING BY PROXY

Each member is entitled to appoint another member as a proxy by notice given to the Secretary no later than 24 hours before the time of the meeting in respect of which the proxy is appointed.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL BUSINESS

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) may conduct any special business of which notice has been given in writing to the State Coordinator in advance of the meeting.
